Hola Hola Buenos Días!!!

Gran semana!! Super busy, stressful, lots of changes and balancing. Kinda feel like I'm running the show by myself which I kinda am as of right now. but through the Lords help it has been great!!!! 

Couple moments of clarity, power, spirit

District council prep 

Night before felt good, excited after I prepared. Dad said be prepared and confident so I tried my best to do both. 

Onions! People are like onions. Not in the lesson plan but i felt the spirit had me talk about that which was cool. I saw as i put in the effort to prepare, the spriit was more able to use me, spirit was more willing to give me inspiration. Really cool experience with that. I felt like it went really well!!

Luis y Carmen. Wow just wow. Receptive, smart, open, understood everything, spirit was super strong. Read 2 Nefi 2. Church tour. 

Oh my gosh you guys this church tour!!! Hahahaha im dead. It was the greatest thing ever, i just giggle every time i think about it. So we get there and they send us a pic of the two of them when they got there, cute. We go out and talk to them, i talk to them lol, for like 15 minutes. They were surpised how young i was, they said i sounded older, and they said they thought Elder Neilson sounded younger than he is haha. So Luis, Hes a musicians but only on the side. Hes like super good. Hes actually an engineer but is also going to school. Have a house in Jaurez but live in an apt in El Paso most the time. Have 2 kids in their 30s. Both kids are single and work in Juarez. 

Then Hno Gutierrez comes and he is just a crap up oh my goodness i love him so much. He starts going off, like he just is like he is giving a tour at universal studios. He shows them every little thing in capilla and explains just about every single law, ordinance, and commandment there is hahaha. Starts w sacrament, goes up there and gets the little cards and has them reaf it. Goes into every side room. Then just walks over to the font and opens it up for them oh my hahahaha i was dying inside. He explained everything about baptism you could think of and was telling stories about blessings of the spirit and how he has heard voices at times. And then Luis shared a really cool story of how he used to drink a lot and his liver got really bad and he was addicted. Was actually thinking about hanging himself from this tree when he said he prayed and felt someone hug him. Since then he has been searching for truth but hasn't felt it from other churches. So then we continue on w the tour and Hno Gutierrez proceeds to show them every room and picture, explain every auxiliary group individually, temples, eternal marriage, articles of faith, plan of salvation, titthing, and fasting. The man just could not be stopped hahaha i was kinda dying but Luis and Carmen are incredible. I honestly cannot express my love for them, they said they felt the spirit really strong and want to meet again this week so i dont think they were scared off haha. Such a funny and crazy awesome thing.

Hno Mackisaack is fire. Talked a ton about baptism. Kids son espejos. Seguir a cristo. Invited him to esuchar los mensajes de voz, probablemente 2N31

Talked about the sacrament and read from 3Nefi18. Built upon the rock that is Christ. Linked to Helaman 5:12. It was cool, they really liked it.

Elder Neilson

What a guy! Hahahah i legit love the kid. Hes such a nice, funny, tender hearted guy. Hes from cedar city, lived in Wyoming for 4 years and then the rest in cedar. Was in los alamos, english area, for 7 months. Hes been out 8.5 total, so he started in June. Such a nice guy tho, he told me Elder Jackson youre shredded and also like Elder Jackson that was the best district council ive ever been to haha. Bless his heart tho his spanish is rough. But the mexicans are so nice about it actually. He is a solid missionary, sometimes i wish he would be more proactive, like be calling or texting ppl as i drive to be more efficient but kinda just chills sometimes. But im so happy. I love him and this area. My love for El Paso and the people just continues to grow, it is legit the best. Like i would be big time sad to lesve right now. Also my spanish is feeling really good. I think im talking more w Elder Neilson but also im realizing how much ive learned and improved with my spanish, becuase of the Lord of course. 

Other things about E Neilson tho:

He loves to make Facebook videos, Legos, and everything trump 

Scared to be in El Paso and by the border

Talks to his family like 25/7 haha

Judas Iscariot

Banger. "That pizza is banger!!"

Elder Neilson do you like pizza?"Dale yeah I do!!"

Talks about girls more than any other comp ive had haha and 2 girls he liked before the mission are now engaged

Hes a chatter box most of the time its really funny. We will be sitting there studying and then out of no where he will bust out laughing and said sorry i just remembered something and then tell me a random story lol its a good time
