Hola!!!! Feliz Lunes!!

HOLA Padres!!! Feliz Navidad!!!! I'm so excited for Christmas and love being able to teach people about Jesus in this special time of year!! I absolutely loved getting the little package, thank you so much!!! It made me feel so close to home!! It is different not being home but I can still super happy.

Transfer news was a little anticlamatic. In a perfect world i wouldve loved to get a cool greenie and train but I'm just so glad I'm staying here. There are some cool people I'm excited about, the district is really fun and I probably need to learn some things with Elder Woods. We have been better this week, like ive been able to have some more fun i feel like. I think he felt like i was a robot, or what he calls some people "conse-crazy", basically a nazi about being obedient. He says you have to take care of yourself first. Which i think is a cop out to take a break and not work hard sometimes. I am more of Forget yourself and go to work!! So we are doing better but still have some things to work to be better with. I'm praying for charity and for ways to serve the people around more. Also the people here are so nice i want to do more for them, so im suoer grateful for the stationary!! But its hard sometimes, theres not a ton of time to do other things than missionary work. I often feel i wish there was more time in the day!

During this season, I invite you to consider your own desires. What are your deepest desires?
Do you really want to become more and more like Jesus Christ? Do you really want to live with Heavenly Father and with your family forever and live as He lives?
If you do, you will want to accept many gifts offered by the Lord to help you and me during our time of mortal probation[The Lord] granteth unto men according to their desire
First, He gave you and me an unlimited capacity to love
second gift the Savior offers you is the ability to forgive
third gift from the Savior is that of repentance. He invites us to change our minds, our knowledge, our spirit, even our breathing
fourth gift from our Savior is actually a promise—a promise of life everlasting
These four unique gifts will bring us more and more joy as we accept them. They were made possible because Jehovah condescended to come to earth as the baby Jesus.What is the key to loving as He loves, forgiving as He forgives, repenting to become more like Him, and ultimately living with Him and our Heavenly Father?
The key is to make and keep sacred covenants. Actually doing really well!!! Felt the spirit and said he wants to keep feeling it. He is definitely slowly and surely but he has already come a long ways. And he just downloaded the BoM app so that should be good. We fasted and prayed to know ghe things he needs specifically.

Super awesome lesson with her on the Plan of Salvation. We are talking to her again tomorrow night i believe. They found her like a year ago when missionaries pushed her car to a gas station but they had a hard time contacting her. We have been lucky enough to get into contact.im praying for her

Really cool lady we found!! I think she has a grandson who is a member but inactive so she could be really good.

We were just going through a list of inactive youth and calling their parents to set up lessons with their families. We called this Ivan Rodriguez but Maria answered and said it was like the third time people called asking for hermano Rodriguez but she was way nice and said she would love to learn more! We taught her a little and sent her the message of hope.

Mariana
Had been taught a lot by missionaries abiut a year or so ago. She even used to smoke and quit. But she got super super busy and fell out of contact. I think she has a couple daughters too. She seems really promising!!

Lol so this was someone who was just in our area book but didn't have a number so I just looked her up on Facebook and added her. She sent me a message the next day and was like do we know each other? And I was just lkke I think we have some mutual friends hahah. But we start talking, shes way cool. But then i find out she lives in Honduras AND she already a member, rip
